J. M. "Mike" Nolen, Sr., has devoted himself to full-time real estate sales since 1958. He has an intimate understanding of the East Polk County real estate market and has handled numerous complex real estate transactions. In addition, Mike has been directly involved in many development projects in the East Polk County area and has developed invaluable contacts. Gloria J. Spanjers, GRI, has devoted herself to full-time real estate sales since 1987. She had previous experience as the Assistant VP for Marketing and Sales at Florida Cypress Gardens and as an independent marketing consultant. This vast background in sales and marketing, coupled with years of real estate experience as a top producer, give Gloria the ability to deal with very complex sales and marketing issues. As part of our team, we are joined by Mike Nolen, Jr., another highly-experienced Realtor, who handles both residential and commercial properties and by Joe Race, an associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Services, Inc., who brings a wealth of knowledge from years of agricultural experience to our group to assist us in several of our projects.
